What we collect
We collect account identifiers such as username and email, the target URLs and variant content you submit, test configuration and aggregate results, session data, and support messages. The installed snippet creates an anonymous visitor identifier in the tested site's browser and records variant views and configured conversion clicks.
Payments
Stripe hosts checkout and handles payment-card data. ABCrowd stores Stripe customer and checkout identifiers, payment state, amount, and timestamps; it does not receive or store full card numbers.
Paradise Modern CRM
ABCrowd is operated by Paradise Modern. Signup and experiment activity may be mirrored to the Paradise Modern CRM so we can provide support and relevant portfolio follow-up. We do not sell personal information.
How we use and protect data
We use data to authenticate accounts, deliver paid tests, operate forecasts, measure test performance, prevent abuse, provide support, and maintain accounting records. We limit access and use encrypted transport, signed payment webhooks, and controlled production infrastructure.
Your choices
You can stop test collection by removing the snippet. To request access, correction, or deletion of account data, email us. Some billing, security, and transaction records may be retained where reasonably required.
